When can I use the points on my card?

You can use the points you have accumulated throughout the year exclusively for purchases of products not on sale.

When do points expire?

Each Fidelity Card has an accumulated point lasting one year. Every December 31st the points will be reduced to zero. Don't forget it!

When will the points be credited to me?

The points will always be credited to your card with every purchase. For products on sale the points will be loaded in half.

Can I give my card to third parties?

It is personal and not transferable to third parties.

Do I have to bring it with me to purchase?

It is essential to show your Loyalty at the time of purchase to enjoy the benefits of the loyalty program.
